Terms of Service

Welcome to Atlas Organizers. By engaging our professional home organization and space planning services, you're agreeing to the following terms. We believe in transparency, so we've kept this as clear as a newly organized pantry.

1. Service Scope

Our team provides decluttering, sustainable organization systems, and moving assistance. While we're experts at space planning, our services don't include structural repairs, heavy furniture moving beyond safety limits, or hazardous waste disposal. Our goal is to create livable, breathable spaces that stay that way.

2. Sustainable Systems Pledge

We're committed to eco-friendly practices. This means we'll always prioritize repurposing your existing containers before suggesting new purchases. Why buy more plastic when you've already got great solutions hidden in your cupboards?

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens in New York. If you need to shift our session, we ask for at least 48 hours notice. This allows us to offer that slot to another client waiting for their own organizational breakthrough. Last-minute cancellations may incur a service fee equal to 50% of the scheduled session.

Client Responsibilities

Final decision-making on all decluttered items.
Provision of a safe working environment.
Approval of any 3rd party product purchases.

Liability & Insurance

We handle your belongings with the utmost care, as if they were our own. However, Atlas Organizers is not liable for damage to items that are unstable, improperly installed before our arrival, or of sentimental value that cannot be quantified. We carry full professional liability insurance for your peace of mind.

Digital Privacy

During digital decluttering, we may encounter sensitive data. We're committed to absolute confidentiality. We never share "before and after" photos without your explicit written consent. Your mess is our secret, and your success is our pride. Isn't that how it should be?

By proceeding with a booking at Atlas Organizers, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and agreed to these terms. These conditions are subject to change, but we'll always notify our active clients of significant updates. Effective as of January 2024.
